Developing Leaders

CREDA’s Developing Leaders (DL) program, for commercial real estate professionals who are 35 years old or younger, provides the tools, networking and resources needed to gain a competitive edge. Developing Leaders have access to a wide variety of programming and career development opportunities. DLs can network with peers and senior executives through:

  • Executive Dinner Series—A small group of DL members share a casual dinner with an industry leader
  • DL Mentorship Program—This 6-month member-only program pairs a DL with a CREDA Board or Gavel member to create lasting connections with senior commercial real estate professionals.
  • Fun and Networking—Annual networking events include a Ski Trip, Charitable Golf Tournament, and numerous social events

    A CREDA student membership helps to introduce local graduate and undergraduate students to CREDA through networking events and career development panels.
