The CREDA Gavel Program is an invitation only leadership circle for top tier executives within CRE. Gold Gavel firms are investors, owners and developers. Silver Gavel firms are attorneys, architects, brokers and others who support developers/owners. Gavel members shape CREDA’s advocacy agenda, attend Board meetings, receive comprehensive government affairs reports and briefings, and are invited to Gavel-only events throughout the year.
